Nice accomadation, directions to property and private parking poor as didnt know area. Nice accomadation but not ideal if you have mobility problems. Booking last minute difficult as payment can not be done over phone.

the accomodation was lovely and well situated. it just needs more crockery and cutlery. and maybe some books/dvds etc. it feels a it empty and there wasn;t enough equipment for 4. seems like an easy fix!!

The cottage was very good for rental accommodation. Finding the cottage was a bit of a trial but we’d luckily parked and then walked up to have a recce. The directions left much to be desired. Access was not easy and future visitors must be warned. Getting all our belongings to the cottage from the other side of Whitby was a trial. However once in we were very comfortable. It was very convenient for all shops and restaurants. The views from lounge and bedroom were fabulous and a daily visit from a seagull was entertaining. Maybe this would not be so if eating outside on the balcony! We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
