Perfect little cottage for us and in a great location, even though we like to try a different cottage every time we visit this is one we would love to stay in again.

What a wonderful stay we had. The cottage is beautiful and we felt right at home straight away. We were greeted by lovely welcome treats to which was such a nice touch. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxed, enjoyable stay. It’s in an excellent location right in the heart of Whitby. A very small stroll to lots of lovely shops and restaurants. We were blessed with beautiful weather and were able to enjoy the sun trap terrace to take in the gorgeous views. We love Whitby so would definitely love to stay at Blackburns Retreat again.

Fantastic quaint and quirky little cottage, great location ( quite a few steps up to cottage so wouldn’t recommend if you have any walking issues) otherwise it has everything you could need. Very clean, comfortable and warm. Only slight downside is bathroom is downstairs
