"Cabin facilities weren't very good. The beds were terrible , you could feel the springs from the mattresses digging in your back whichever way you moved and they were so uncomfortable. We complained to reception and they sent a couple of duvets to our cabin to lay on top of the mattresses - this was marginally better but not a long term solution and still not very comfortable. There was also a window in the kitchen area which didn't close properly and could only be left on the latch. There were only two chairs on the decking when the cabin was for 6 people so when we wanted to sit outside we had to take the kitchen chairs out which wasn't very convenient. The fridge door would occasionally pop open as the door wasn't very good. The cabins are much closer together than advertised, as the marketing materials make it look like you have far more private space - we didn't really have much privacy at all as the parking area was face on to our sitting area so people could see right into the cabin when parking up or walking through. The positive was that the cabin was clean."

"The cottage was very comfortable and well presented. However, the double bedroom did not have enough space and storage for a couple. I am single and I found it difficult. No plug outlets apart from the ones being used for the bedside lamps and the extension cord provided did not work properly. The conservatory needs attention with the cleaning. Lots of cobwebs and dead insects on the furniture. My only wish would be for cottage to be located somewhere else. My experience in Hayle was not nice. The locals were quite rude and racist to my family."

"Exceed expectations, the lodge was cosy but very modern, the BBQ, fire, cooker and oven all looked brand new they were spotlessly clean. Very thoughtful welcome gift and helpful to have all the leaflets in the local attractions. Only downsides were that it stated first nights logs for fire included but weren't (not an issue as plenty of local suppliers) and the wifi was non existent and didn't receive any phone signal to get 3G. Perfect if you're wanting to escape the Internet world!Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!"

"+ Quiet and peaceful location+ Large private lawned area+ Nicely decorated + Very comfy bed+ Well equipped kitchen+ Welcome visit by owner + Welcome pack provided with useful local information, milk and cookies - thank-you.- Bathroom cleanliness - lots of dust, dirty bath and mirror- Advertised as having free Wifi but Wifi was very unreliable if present at all- Advertised as having TV and DVD. No DVD present and TV reception very poor - Reach accomodation via quite a long rough off road farm track - very bumpy"

"We had a lovely stay at Tack House, it is situated away from the main roads so was very peaceful which is exactly what we wanted. The house itself is very nice and a bit quirky in its layout but offers everything you could need for a week away and is decorated lovely and spotlessly clean. Lydia also left a few nice personal touches for us on arrival, a bottle of wine and milk were in the fridge and a lovely tub of Cornish biscuits (Very nice). The house has supermarkets and shops nearby and the ..."
