What our customers are saying about our Self Catering Holidays In Morvah.
Jim P, Bristol - verified booking
"A perfectly delightful holiday home - beautifully furnished and decorated to a high standard, spacious rooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms, lovely secluded patio area. Everything we could wish for was provided. It's an ideal location with a Co-op at the top of the road and about 10 minutes from the bus and train station. We came by train and got around on foot and by bus, which worked very well. Things we specially enjoyed were: a walk round the interesting Georgian parts of Penzance - Regent Square, St. Mary's Terrace, Morrab Gardens. A matinee performace at the Minack Theatre. We booked lower terrace seats online weeks ahead, and got there over an hour before it started, so we got seats near the front. It was wonderful. Evening meals at the Old Lifeboat, The Boathouse, and Turk's Head. A walk along the coast from Penzance to St. Michael's Mount. Final tip - beware the gulls - one snatched my ice cream right out of its cone!"

"Lovely little gem of a place! Owners are really friendly and the place is tucked away from view of their house. Dog friendly which is an added bonus. Welcome pack was lovely. It had everything we needed although we didn't cook here. Clean and comfortable. Ideal base. Location was great for getting around Cornwall, St Ives just 2 miles away. We also went to Lands End, Falmouth, Penzance, Truro to name a few but St Ives def our favourite. Cricket ground opposite to walk the dog if needed. Engine Inn just up the road but would need to drive as no pavements. We had a lovely break. Thank you."

"We had a lovely stay at this cottage/farmhouse. It was so warm and cosy with a modern woodburner in the living room and a warm AGA in the kitchen. It is a very spacious house too so it was great for our family get together. The property is not the most modern so if you are looking for a more rustic/country feel this place is ideal. We loved waking up and going for walks in the country side. There is a footpath right by the property so it was ideal! It was also a great location as it was not too far from penzance for all your supplies. Overall we had a lovely stay, thank you!"

"We stayed at the Bowji for my Mrs birthday, we took our two pugs with us. The cottage is lovely with nice walks from the cottage and also plenty of others a short drive away. The main shoppng areas with nice pubs are in Penzance (15 mins drive away). also 5/10 mins away from Lands end, and 20 mins from Hayle (with Philps in our opinion the best pasty shop in cornwall). The cottage is lovely and was very welcoming, especially with the heated floor. The hot tub was lovely. We had a great week and the mrs had an a fantastic birthday will 100% book again."

"This modern, comfortable property was a delight to stay in. The property is airy and light and equipped with everything you would want for a stay. There are sea views from two of the bedrooms and also through the gate at the bottom of the garden. It is within walking distance to the town centre, the promenade, the beach, the quay and the Chinese and fish and chip takeaways. There was a lovely cream tea waiting for us along with milk and a bottle of local apple juice. The flowers were also much appreciated. I'm sure we will be back."
