About this property

80 Manor Villas, a two-bedroom holiday home rests upon the Atlantic Reach Resort, near Newquay in Cornwall. A well positioned holiday home closely situated to an array of amenities and attractions, benefitting from an onsite pub/restaurant, café and shop (subject to opening hours); 80 Manor Villas offers a well-equipped base for couples, small families, and groups of four friends, looking to explore this delightful corner of the county. Be welcomed by off-road parking, before unloading your belongings, ready to make yourself at home in the open-plan living space. With a brand new, well equipped, fully integrated kitchen, rustle up some tasty dishes to be enjoyed indoors, or set the picnic bench for an alfresco affair, before whiling the night away with the electric fire on in the background. As day turns into night, climb the stairs to rest in either a double or twin bedrooms, both serviced by a shower room. If you can tear yourself away from your abode, there's plenty to see and do as a family in the vicinity, with the Springfield Fun Park, Screech Owl Sanctuary Wildlife Park, and the Dairyland Farm Park within driving distance; shops, eateries and pubs are also plentiful to ease your self-catered stay. With Newquay's coastline nearby, spend the day touring the town, where you can visit the zoo, play a round of golf, enjoy a bag of fish and chips upon the harbour, hike alongside The Gannel Estuary, opt for an afternoon of water sports, or find a peaceful nook at Fistral Beach, plus many more attractions to add to your itinerary. Remaining inland, reach the Eden Project, the perfect activity for those cooler days, where you can explore the rainforest and sweeping botanical gardens, hike up to Roche Rock for an elevated view across the county, or continue south to visit Truro, it's cathedral and the Royal Cornwall Museum, before traversing the Cornwall AONB. With all of this and more to experience, be sure to book a stay at 80 Manor Villas.

A typically Cornish village, just eight miles from the lively resort of Newquay with its outstanding nightlife and renowned surfing beaches. Little traffic now passes through the village, which at one time was on the old coaching route to London. The surrounding area has much to interest visitors, with stunning gardens, historic houses, superb coastal walking and sandy beaches, several theme and leisure parks and of course Newquay’s famous zoo and sea life centre. Spend a day at the National Surf Centre on Fistral beach, hit the shops in nearby Truro with its cathedral and cobbled streets or savour the atmosphere and experience of the tropical rainforest at the Eden Project (16 miles). There’s something for everyone in this great holiday area.

Comfortable sofa. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of great beaches all within 30 mins drive Cons - Advert is misleading, this is a house on a holiday site, you cannot use any of the facilities there apart from the pub, which is difficult when you have children with you and they have to walk past a pool they can’t use. Headboards on single beds felt like they were coming off and banged whenever you moved on the bed. Shelf in bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and found someone else’s toothpick. Have to park on grass verge as carpark for the house was always full and no marked spaces. Could have done with an easy to read information booklet as was hard to find how to put hot water on. Couldn’t make any of the radiators work but wasn’t an issue as was warm but would have been helpful for drying towels etc. Clothes horse would have been helpful. No plugs near dressing table to plug in hair dryer etc. This is a cheap and cheerful place that would suit people who don’t mind being on a holiday site
