Sitting on a terrace of grand Victorian houses, this stylish first-floor apartment boasts fabulous views over the town of St Ives and the sea. Sleeping four people across two beautifully-styled bedrooms, it’s the perfect choice for families or small groups of friends who want to swap the hustle and bustle of daily life for some quality time on the Cornish coast. Spend happy days wandering the quaint, narrow streets of St Ives Harbour or catching a wave at Porthmeor Beach, and contented evenings sipping wine and soaking up the view from the apartment’s wonderful glass balcony.

A short flight of stairs takes you to the front door of this chic apartment. Step inside and you’ll be greeted with a spacious lounge bathed in natural light and adorned with stylish artwork. Take a moment to admire the stunning views from the large bay window before heading to the kitchen to prepare some dinner for your loved ones. Get everyone together to enjoy sociable meal at the dining table, or head to the decked area to the rear of the property and dine alfresco. There is also access to the shared garden which is laid to lawn with plants and shrubs which also has a table and seating for 4 where you can relax and soak up the sun. After dinner, treat yourself to a glass of wine on the balcony or head back to the lounge to chill-out in front of your favourite TV shows. At the end of the day, there are two lovely bedrooms to choose from.

Pack up a picnic and spend a glorious day at Porthminster Beach (0.5 miles) – a beautiful crescent of golden sand and translucent azure-blue water. Take a dip, pay a round at the golf course or sample the local seafood in the popular beach cafe.
