Seascape in Carbis Bay boasts stunning views, high-quality finishes, and a prime location ideal for exploring Cornwall. Guests consistently praise the property's cleanliness, well-equipped facilities, and thoughtful touches, such as welcome goodies. While some mention steep access to the beach and a hot en-suite shower, the overall experience is highly regarded, with many expressing a desire to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests frequently commend the property's immaculate condition, noting it as one of the cleanest holiday rentals they've experienced. The consistent mention of cleanliness across reviews supports a high score.

The property's location is celebrated for its spectacular views and convenience to local transport and attractions. The proximity to Carbis Bay beach and St Ives, along with easy train access, is highly appreciated, although the steep terrain is noted.

The property is described as spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. However, a few guests found the seating less comfortable for extended periods, which slightly impacts the score.

Facilities are generally praised for being well-equipped and maintained, with bonuses like Sky TV and a PS4. Some minor issues with shower temperature control and communal areas needing TLC prevent a perfect score.

Many reviews express gratitude for thoughtful touches, such as welcome treats and beach equipment. While these are greatly appreciated, it is politely noted that such gifts, while common, are not guaranteed with every stay.

It is spotlessly clean and is luxuriously appointed. The view from the balcony is outstanding, and a lovely sight when you look out whatever time of day. It is fully equipped with everything you need and more. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and very comfortable. The apartment is a stone's throw from Carbis bay train station, which gives easy access to St. Ives and St Earth. Even though the station is so close, the train service does not disturb you. It only costs £1 each way. The apartment is a credit to the owner. If we ever come to Carbis bay again, this will be our first choice of accommodation. The only very minor negative point that I would say, is that the sofa is not the most comfortable.

This is a fantastic property. Accomodation is very well equipped & was spotlessly clean on arrival. Great Location, only a short walk to the beautiful Carbis Bay beach or local restaurants. A special mention for the Italian Romano's. We visited twice & it was amazing!! Also had fish & chips from Beck's which was an experience in itself!!. We used the Tesco store for anything we required during our stay. You can walk to it or is a very short trip in the car. There is also a Costcutter that is slightly closer. The train station is a very short walk from the apartment. It is a very scenic journey into St Ives ( which is a lovely place to visit) & they run every 30 minutes. We also visited Eden Project, St Michael's Mount, Sennon Cove & walk to Lands End. All were very enjoyable & great days out. We really enjoyed our week away in Cornwall. It was truely fabulous & Seascape was just perfect for us.

The owner has thought of everything to make sure you have a wonderful holiday! Fantastic facilities and oh my, that view! It will be even better when access down to the garden area resumes. Quite honestly the best self catering accommodation we have ever stayed in.
