While some guests encountered cleanliness issues and maintenance concerns, the majority relished the property's amenities and thoughtful touches, such as treats for pets and complimentary Prosecco.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviews on cleanliness are mixed, with several guests finding the property tidy but in need of a deeper clean, particularly due to pet hair and dust. However, others reported the property as very clean upon arrival.

The location is highly praised for its fantastic sea views, proximity to the beach, and the convenience of local transport. The steep hill to the beach is noted, which may be challenging for some.

Guests find the property very comfortable, with special mentions of the quality of the beds and the homely feel. Some discomfort was noted due to a noisy fan and a squeaky bed in one of the bedrooms.

The property is well-furnished with modern conveniences, though some guests reported issues with hot water availability, a blocked shower, and non-functional appliances. The outdoor decking is a highlight, despite some concerns about maintenance.

Many guests felt well-cared for with thoughtful provisions such as dog treats, a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, and high-quality appliances. It should be noted that while such gifts are mentioned, they are not guaranteed for every stay.

What a brilliant apartment and location and what fantastic views! Fabulous, comfortable and spacious, with well designed and considered décor, it had everything we needed. It was wonderful to walk into the place and feel "wowed" by both the inside and the view outside. The coastal path, on our doorstep, took us into St Ives, and the quaint little local train gets you there in 3 minutes. We were there in winter, but with lots of outdoor space, outdoor sofas, sun loungers and a barbecue with a fab view to boot! We can't wait to stay in summertime, to enjoy everything it has to offer. Would definitely recommend.

great garden too with the rail way line right at the bottom which was very quaint. you gotta do the journey from St Ives to St Erth, well worth it, Sykes dealt with our issue with no Wi-fi quickly & efficiently bearing in mind it was a Sunday. Accondation well equipped & comfortable and would recommend & def return. The only issue was the building work in the top apartment which is unsightly with lots of mess although we could quickly walk past & there were no issues with noise.
