A lovely spacious comfortable downstairs apartment, yet due to it’s raised location has a wonderful sea view from the lounge window. Very well furnished - really comfy quality mattress in the bedroom. The kitchen has every utensil we needed and again everything was really good quality. We loved our stay at ‘Black rock’ and would have no hesitation in booking again.

Really nice property that I can easily recommend. All the amenities were in good working order and in good condition. It was a lovely property that the owners have clearly put a lot of thought into and have been quite generous throughout. If you plan to stay in St Ives I would absolutely recommend staying here. And personally I would love to come back next year.
