Entrance to the apartment’s building is via a shared ground-floor hallway. The apartment is located on the first floor via one flight of stairs. The single-storey accommodation includes a comfortable, light-filled living room, which is tastefully decorated and furnished and includes snug seating, a Smart TV and doors out to the first balcony. The dining kitchen is well equipped with high-quality appliances and contemporary fittings including a Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Machine, and provides access to the property’s second balcony.
