Shortbreaks are available from Friday for 3 nights but only during November to March and excluding all School holiday periods. . Middletown is a beautifully restored four bedroom Georgian holiday home, dating from around 1780. It is an ideal venue for families or walking groups. Great care has been taken to retain the character of the original dwelling and enhanced it with a bespoke kitchen, three luxury bathrooms and superb furnishings. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with views overlooking Skiddaw and Latrigg, while the second floor bedroom enjoys wide ranging views of the moutains. There is an attractive enclosed rear garden with views of the surrounding mountains, perfect for relaxing with drinks or a barbecue. The excellent location gives easy access to all the local amenities being ideally situated 1-minute walk from the town centre and just 5 minutes from Lake Derwentwater, Hope Park and The Theatre by the Lake. It is a great base from which to walk directly onto the fells without needing to use your car.
