A shared entrance and stairs lead to the private door into this welcoming and homely apartment. Once inside, the hallway leads to the charming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Here you can relax beside the TV or enjoy preparing leisurely meals in the kitchen before settling down at the table. A steep ladder-style staircase leads to the mezzanine floor above (care should be taken when climbing and descending the stairs). Tucked into the eaves is a cosy snug area, complete with an inviting sofa bed (available on request) and a second TV, making this the perfect spot for watching your favourite film after a day spent exploring. The property has a double bedroom and the bathroom.
This property is a great choice for those wanting to relax outside as it has a balcony and roof terrace balcony to choose from. One that leads from the lounge and the other from the bedroom. Both spaces have furniture and are ideal for enjoying a sundowner or your morning coffee.

Lovely apartment in good location with many attractions within walking distance. Parking space a big plus as would not have wanted to book without this. Also good to have some outdoor space of balcony and roof terrace.

The property was in a good location with a good parking space. It was nice to have outside space but I don't like plastic grass. The interior was dated and a bit cluttered. The kitchen cupboards were full of unnecessary things. The shower drips constantly and the cold tap on the bath was very hard to turn on and off. The bed was not good quality and the pillows very poor. I couldn't wait to get home and sleep in a quality bed. The toilet was dirty when I arrived. I felt the property needed less bits n bobs but better quality basics. A cleaner more simple look. Definitely needs some modernisation. Having carpet in a kitchen is something I haven't seen since the 70s. It can't be hygienic. I was woken up every morning by the TV on high volume in the flat below. There was no soundproofing.
