Good location, warm and comfortable accommodation. Very convenient for walking the coastal path

Good location within walking distance of everything Beadnell has to offer. King size bed comfortable but double bed the mattress is very uncomfortable, could do with a better quality mattress. TV in lounge has terrible signal so don't rely on it for evening entertainment. Didn't try bedroom ones. Lots of cobwebs on ceilings and in the space under cooker, as well as bits under seat cushions on sofas, could do with a deep clean.

Interesting view from decking of lake, visiting birds and resident ducks. The size of the two bedrooms do not warrant such big beds ie. Super king and king size which left little space. However they were comfortable. Would recommend visitors take hairdryer and some of their most used cooking utensils including a small mixing bowl. Parking, although allocated space, could be an issue at times. Ten minute walk to pubs, shop and small beach.
