What our customers are saying about our Romantic Cottages In Harlech To Rent.

"The cottage is tucked away in the outskirts of the magic mountains of Snowdonia. It is wonderfully far away from all the stresses and pressures of our modern day lives. The owners made us feel genuinly welcomed. The cottage itself is like a cosy home from home and gave us the feel to be back in more simpler, kinder times. It is fully equipped, very family friendly including pets. It is surrounded by stunning beauty and ideally located for adventures into the mountains or by the sea. Port Meirion is just accross estuary and the seaside town of Barmouth about 20 minute drive away. As for shopping food or eating out options are extremely limited. There is no corner shop or cafe in Talsarnau. There is a big Tesco in Port Madog, so don't forget essentials. I would love to come back and can recommend it highly. We were happy there. Thanks for that."

"Absolute hidden gem:A little of the beaten track and all the better for it.Local shops and villages are a short drive away and ideally located for all the tourist attractions such as Harlech castle, Porthmirion, and Porthmadog as well as the Snowdonia action sport centres. A safe haven of peace and tranquility, ideal hill and dog walking area with multiple local footpaths across the countryside. The best sandy beach is Harlech which is only a fewMiles south. The cottage couldn’t be better equipped and the owners were beyond helpful and hospitable and we will definitely visit again. Two cottages at this location and we stayed in the smaller one, but both have an abundance of period features with thick stone walls and oak beam low ceilings.Don’t be put off by the pebble dash it’s a real hidden gem and would recommend to anyone."

"This link bungalow had everything you needed supplied. Kitchen was very well equipped, living room had TV (with Freeview box), dvd player and play station. Just about got used to freeview box by end of week. Mattress on kingsize bed has been replaced and is now a lot softer than people had commented on previously, but mattress on bottom bunk was a firm one, so both my husband and were happy. Bathroom with shower was modern and perfect. The back garden was totally enclosed so was great for the dog, and for sunbathing on the top part on the sunny days. Lovely park opposite and an easy walk through the park into town and the various restaurants/cafes and the magnificent castle. Five minutes in the car to the beach - again, great for dog walking. Would thoroughly recommend this bungalow and hope to come again."

"We loved the cottage, in fact I don't think I've stayed anywhere so well equipped with stuff. the fact that there was tea, coffee and sugar available was great. It's a small thing but buying a bag of sugar to go away for 3 days is a pain and it was much appreciated to have a little supplied for us. The cottage was cosy and clean. Personally a few more blankets in the depths of winter would have been nice as it was very peaky in the morning but as soon as the heaters were on it warmed up no end. The cottage keepers couldn't have been more helpful and nice. We had a fantastic time and would stay again."

"Redwood is a very comfortable and well-equipped place to stay. The owners were very welcoming and had left some super treats, for which many thanks. Although dogs are allowed there was no trace left of them and our allergies were not affected. There are feather duvets which did cause a problem for our daughter but the owners are intending to offer non-allergenic for the future. Redwood is in a peaceful position yet handy for Harlech and the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend this as a lovely place to stay."
