We were warmly greeted by our lovely hosts Ron and Glen even though it was quite late when we arrived.

They live next door and looked out for us arriving. We were given a tour of the 4 bedroomed property which was very clean, spacious and warm and didn't take us long to settle in. The garden was perfect for our 2 dogs and well secured. Only one improvement I'd recommend is in the single room next to the living room which would probably be better suited with a small double bed as ample room for one. It was the perfect base for us, we walked to the Menai Bridge, visited Bangor Pier and the stunning Aber falls, popped over to Llandwyn in Angelsey and walked to the lighthouse, visited Llandudno's Pier and shopping centre which is huge. The weather on the whole was great. Lots of pubs and restaurants are dog friendly and even bring a bowl of water over for them. We visited the Bridge Inn, Antelope Inn, The Castle, Tap and Spile (but now got a new name) with a chippy attached, the cafe on Bangor Pier and The Skerries. We would highly recommend this lovely house and great for visiting the many nearby attractions. Thank you for having us.

We were very happy with the accommodation and felt that everything we could possibly need had been provided, far more than anything place we've ever stayed before, which was really nice.

The accommodation was reasonably priced. The surrounding areas were really beautiful and the people really nice and friendly. I would give the home and the experience we had a 10/10 despite the few bits that weren't 100% to our satisfaction, only because it's impossible to keep everyone happy 100% of the time and because it's clear that a great deal of thought has gone into making this home as comfortable as possible for every guest who chooses to stay there and because I'd be happy to stay there again and to recommend this place to friends and family. The only recommendations I would make is to replace the kettle, as it takes a long time to fully boil the water and to ensure that things like the microwave and the furniture beneath the cushions, etc. are cleaned more thoroughly for the next guest(s) stay ♡ Other than that, everything was honestly perfect! Thank you so much!

Generally the flat was clean and well equipped with all the things we needed.

The wi-fi was good but the mobile phone signal was non existent unless you used the phone via wi-fi. We found the sofas looked very nice but we’re not comfortable to sit on unless you lay on them. However, we had one major criticism and that was the showers, they were absolute death traps for anyone who was older as the trays became like an ice rink as soon as they became wet. The worst of the two was the main bathroom shower where I fell over once. We finally found the anti slip mat in a drawer but this really wasn’t big enough to cover the whole tray. My wife felt that it may have been the cleaning solution that the cleaners used that was making them like this. Certainly this needs addressing before someone has a bad fall. Otherwise, everything was excellent and we enjoyed our rather truncated stay despite the weather.

A beautifully situated cottage, fabulous views, walks, a shop and pubs nearby.

Lovely comfortable beds, but cottage could do with a little TLC. All the white goods you could need but no sharp kitchen prep knives and a few other basics, not enough crocks to run a dishwasher. Need a better cleaner, butter on chopping board, tea stains running down washing machine, crocks left in dishwasher. Old used toiletries and old soap(with hairs) left in bathroom/shower room, used washing up sponge/cloth and dried out air fresheners ! The neighbours were all lovely and showed us their rear patios, beautiful, this one is unusable, rusty and overgrown, beware large brambles if you venture out of back door !! No info booklet about how to use equipment, where to put rubbish/ recycling, heating controls, fuse boxes, emergecy doctors/hospitals/vets etc etc

Lovely spacious cottage in beautiful Beaumaris.

Angorfa was very well equipped with everything you could need, even dog beds, bowls and treats! The human beds and furniture were extremely comfortable and the sofas were spotless considering it's a dog friendly property. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the beautiful enclosed garden with the patio area being a suntrap. Just a couple of things that I think would have enhanced our stay, the shower attachment in the bathroom does need fixing, there was a note from the owner acknowledging this, and we would have liked better quality bath towels. These minor issues didn't detract from us having a lovely holiday. Highly recommend the Bullshead for lunchtime or evening great quality pub grub and the Indian takaway Sarissa's.
