Cliff Head Cottage in Robin Hood's Bay is consistently praised for its stunning sea views, cosy and well-equipped interiors, and prime location close to the beach and local amenities. Guests appreciate the property's charm, cleanliness, and the thoughtful touches provided by the hosts. The unique benefit of a parking space is frequently mentioned, despite occasional seagull mess. The cottage's comfort and character make it a highly recommended stay for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests have described the cottage as immaculate, with only minor comments about areas that are a little 'tired'. The overall impression is that the property is well-maintained and clean, contributing to a comfortable stay.

The location is universally acclaimed for its proximity to the beach, pubs, and restaurants, as well as for the stunning sea views. The convenience of a parking space and the ease of access to local attractions like The Cleveland Way add to the appeal.

The cottage is frequently described as cosy, warm, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy open fire. Some guests noted the bed and mattress could be reviewed, but overall, the comfort level is rated highly.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with mentions of a well-appointed kitchen and the bonus of a washer/dryer. However, there are some minor maintenance issues noted, such as a sticky table, a loose bathroom cabinet door, and a non-working TV, which slightly affect the score.

Many reviews express gratitude for the thoughtful extras provided, such as welcome snacks, milk, and firewood. While these gifts are highly appreciated, it is politely noted that such extras are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Lovely, well equipped cottage in a great position in Lower Robin Hoods Bay. Fabulous views from the upstairs rooms, lots of quirky ornamental stuff throughout the property (as is the case in many of these cottages), stairs are easier than some we've been in, great kitchen, some nice 'welcome' goodies from the owners, excellent WiFi. Nothing not to like, really.
