Foxglove is in a great spot, if you love the North Yorkshire coastline & moors. We went in November but if you prefer being able to walk into Whitby for food/drinks, it's probably wiser to go earlier in the year! It's a converted barn so the ground floor is very spacious, comfortable & well thought out. The 2 ensuite bedrooms are in the roof so a little less spacious (mind your head!). If you're a larger person, you may find the bathrooms a little tight! Oh if 2 persons are in the twin room, the bedside lighting needs to be reconsidered. Plenty of car parking space & lovely view/aspect from the lounge patio doors. There's outdoor seating which I'm sure is great in better weather. Laundry facilities are in a separate outbuilding although we didn't use. Ultimately, a great spot to feel 'away from it all' but with good transport to reach all the fantastic areas in N Yorkshire/The Cleveland Way.
