It retains many original features and is situated in the old part of Robin Hood's Bay, a quaint village with many shops and cafes located along its winding streets as well as a lovely beach with rock pools. It is only five miles from Whitby and fifteen miles from Scarborough.

A happy new year from Robin Hood's Bay. I am sure we will return another day. A wonderful week in a lovely place, the cottage, the weather, it really was ace. Boggle Hole cafe just right for a brew with a large piece of cake or maybe even two. Walks on the beach to make you feel good. Just wish that our pooch didn't run up the cliffs and get covered in mud! The kids were on top form again this year, screaming and shouting full of Christmas cheer. They soon settled down when the WiFi kicked in and Iphone and lap top, its a win win, which left us to enjoy a well deserved drink and a time to relax and a time to think. the cottage was cosy, small and bijou, just right for a family. Our Winnie she settled like she was at home and the beach was an excellent playground for her to play.
