It's within an easy commuting distance of other main towns within Devon, Torquay, Brixham, Paignton and Totnes. This holiday home provides parking for one car, perfect for a family or friends looking to stay in this area.

Beds: 1 double bed and 2 singles.
Rooms: Living/dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom.
Kitchen & Utilities:Large fridge/freezer, full size dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Entertainment: TV with DVD Player, Freeview.
Outside: Communal garden. Four garden chairs provided. Parking for one car.
General: Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels), no smoking, no pets.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Lovely holiday property, it had everything you need for couples and families to stay, a well stocked kitchen, large bathroom and plenty of storage space in both bedrooms. The owners went over and above with finishing touches to ensure you have everything to hand. Location wise it is directly opposite a bus stop or the park and ride for Dartmouth is only 5 minutes drive. We used this a couple of times when we went exploring. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again when we next come down to Devon.
