We’ve stayed before, great location good facilities. Fantastic views. Dartmouth wonderful.Only negative the double bed mattress could be replaced to stop one person rolling into middle. Otherwise a great stay over 4 nights in June.

We have stayed in this area few times and Larkside was wonderful. It had the view of Dart that makes its special. The property was well equipped but could do with a lick of paint. My wife noticed a dampy smell but I didn’t and it wasn’t a bother. Some tlc and it would be a gem. Otherwise for location and view you cannot get better than this street and this apartment is well positioned.

We were very very upset to find 2 loaded and baited mousetraps in the property which posed a considerable danger to our dog and indeed children . The car park pass that was left for us had expired on the 1/1/25 . This caused a lot of anxiety as on the one hand we were told it had been paid for and *removed by Feefo* the owner told us that it wasn’t???? It was impossible to keep going down and feed the meter so we put a note on the car and hoped for the best that we didn’t get a fine . This caused a lot of stress and inconvenience and we feel that this needs addressing in the way of recompense./amplify .
