The laid-back open-plan living space with a bohemian edge is the perfect space for socialising with your small family or the other half after a day of delving into the history of the town, swimming in the sea and exploring the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Enter the ground floor to find a bright and comfortable open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with cheerful coloured decor. Snuggle up on the sofa in front of the flame-effect gas fire in the lounge. Next to this area is a stylish farmhouse-style kitchen with contemporary touches and a central wooden dining table with seating for four. Climb the cottage-style stairs to reach the first-floor twin bedroom and a family bathroom. The master double bedroom is on the second floor and boasts views across Dartmouth. Outside is a small bistro set for two to enjoy a refreshing drink in the fresh air.

From the castle, you can follow the South West Coast Path to Sugary Cove Beach and the Sugary Green Park and Garden (1 mile).
