The window here provides fantastic panoramic views out across the seafront, open it up to hear the waves crashing against the shore. Climb the short staircase and find a lovely dining area with further extensive views, and an adjacent WC. The practical kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, and a separate snug area is perfect for getting stuck into a good book. Upstairs via the living room, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other a bunk bed, both of which have en-suite shower rooms and superb views. Outside, you will have access to a utility room with laundry facilities. Though this property has no outdoor space, you can access the beach just across the road in front of the cottage.

Right outside the property is the South West Coast Path, a long-distance walking route that cusps the coastline and passes some incredible views. Porthleven itself has a variety of restaurants, independent shops, and a scenic harbour and pier (400 metres). Further afield, you can visit the iconic St Michael’s Mount (8 miles) and the bustling town of Penzance (12 miles).
