Lawn Cottage is one of the best properties we've ever stayed in when down in Cornwall and I would strongly recommend it. Perfectly located, 3 good size bedrooms (all with en suites), lovely courtyard garden, great quality bed and bath linen, Loaf sofas and a very well equipped kitchen with high quality utensils, crockery and electrical goods. Plus the under floor heating throughout the ground floor meant it was particularly cosy on some of the wilder, wetter days we had! The off-road (and spacious) parking is a godsend in Padstow too. We were 3 adults and we found the living space just perfect. Top marks all round.

We visit padstow 4 times a year but the first booking through original cottages, and the first time staying here. What can I say. It was absolutely Amazing. I really could not recommend this property more. Very clean, perfect location added bonus a parking Space. Beautiful decor and lovely high end finishing touches and art work. Very quite location considering in the centre of town. Excellent bonus that all 3 bedrooms had en-suits. The small details like leaving us fresh produce, milk, bread ,eggs, biscuits crackers I could go on. A beautiful Stein candle which smelt amazing , tonic water we couldn't believe the little touches this owner makes. Would absolutely stay here again and I have already recommend it to friends and family. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
