Benefiting from on-site parking and convenient access to the A38 and Looe's train station, this property serves as an excellent launchpad for exploring the wider area. Just 4 miles distant lies the captivating village of Polperro, renowned for its picturesque harbour and historic charm. Nearby attractions include Bodmin Jail, Carnglaze Caverns, plus the world-renowned Eden Project, offering an immersive experience amidst diverse biomes and captivating exhibits, complemented by year-round live music and events.
The apartment is accessed by 68 internal stairs. Once inside, head up to the lounge which benefits from elevated coastal views through the picture post card window. Settle on the comfy sofas and snuggle up in front of the Smart TV all while admiring the beautiful sea views and ever changing tides through the large glass doors that lead to the balcony overlooking the beach and sea. Next door you will find a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room with large table and benefiting from its very own French doors leading to another balcony, making for a lovely sunny spot for a morning coffee. The master bedroom is light and airy and extremely inviting, with its own balcony; you’ll wake up to stunning views and the sound of the waves crashing. The remaining two bedrooms are cosy with stylish interiors and plenty of storage, as well as a lovely modern family bathroom which completes the apartment.
Outside you have the luxury of three balconies to chose from as well as a communal garden with beach access shared by the five flats in the building.
