5 Star Gold Brook End is a luxurious and spacious modern house set in the Avon Valley less than a mile from beautiful Christchurch town centre with its Quay, Priory and lovely riverside setting.  Extremely close are Mudeford, local beaches, the exquisite New Forest and Bournemouth's glorious seven miles of sandy beaches.

We welcome children and have a large cot, high chair, stair gate and some toys available.  

Since 2008 we have regularly been awarded 5 Star Gold Award status by 'Quality in Tourism' and our accommodation and service reflects this standard.  We are the only accommodation with this rating in Christchurch and take great take pride in the property and ensuring you have a wonderful experience with the best possible facilities and service we can offer, tailored to your needs.

Living SpaceDownstairs you will find a very spacious main lounge and dining area with patio doors to the private garden. 
Facilities include a flat screen Freeview TV, DVD player, CD/Radio, WiFi, leather suite and quality fittings. 
All decor and furnishings are tasteful and contemporary.
Next to this is the hall and the kitchen which is fully fitted with integrated cooker, hob, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and a dishwasher. Bedrooms / BathroomsUpstairs the master bedroom has a TV, a 5 foot luxury bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, bath and WC.  
The second bedroom has a normal size double bed and walk in wardrobe.
The family bathroom has a large shower, basin and WC.
All bedrooms have fitted furniture. 
Our beautiful home-away-from-home sleeps 4 adults very comfortably, however, if you are a party of 5 then an additional adult bed, if needed, easily fits into the master bedroom without compromising space.Outside

Guests have the benefit of their own private garden with wooden table, chairs and benches.  You are also more than welcome to use the host's large garden (and swing)!

Other Things to Note All linen/towels (except beach towels) and utilities are included within the tariff.
A 'Welcome Pack` of essentials for the fridge is available on your arrival.

Close to historic Christchurch, the New Forest, exciting Bournemouth and the beautiful Dorset countryside our house in Burton Village offers so much for those preferring a quality home and atmosphere full of comfort and convenience.  Whether you want to relax here in the Avon Valley, take in some serious shopping, partake in watersports, visit Dorset's castles, churches and cathedrals or explore the beaches/waterfront it is all do-able with as little or as much energy as you like.  Whatever you may choose, be sure there is many things to do and see in this glorious part of England.
