"An outstanding house in a stunning location with superb views. Rooms are spacious, kitchen well stocked with kitchenware but also added extras. Balconies and bifold are fantastic allowing us to enjoy the October sun. Nice to have Ensuites to all rooms.Situated next to quay with lots of walks close by. Places to eat within walking distance. Highly recommend"

"Lovely appartment great views nice walks perfect"

"Lovely space, great location and beautiful views. Very luxurious. There are a lot of stairs - all open tread so careful with children and small pets. Also lack of seating on balconys aside from kitchen - could do with a nice garden suite on top balcony."

"Best supplied cottage we have stayed in. The welcome hamper, flowers, Dorset apple cake, and the effective wonderful Julia all contributed to some very happy family holiday memories. The ability to use the facilities of the Christchurch Harbour hotel also added to this superb cottage. Can't recommend it highly enough. On the down side the wifi was not good, & it's bit of a Mobile black spot! Although there is parking it can be a bit tricky."

"We all enjoyed our holiday in S19673. The house was lovely once we got used to going upstairs to the kitchen and lounge and downstairs to the bedrooms!"

    "Enjoyable stay by all"

"House: Great location for harbour, views and quality of accommodation except for ground floor bedroom which noisy and too hot from utility room/boiler with inadequate wardrobe. Noisy building work taking place on adjacent building from 0730hrs to 1600hrs every day. Internal lift not working. No Wi-Fi.Location: Strengths: Close to beach and harbour and within close proximity of Harbour hotel and pubs. Ideal for fairly quiet break but no public transport to main towns of Christchurch and surrounding areas after 1700hrs."

"Very good location. Beautiful accommodation although the lounge furniture was not very comfy. The view was spoilt by the odd building in front. Welcome pack was excellent. Wifi was non existent but we didn't mind."

"Great apartment and welcoming housekeeper would recommend for a convenient break."

"The view is wonderful. The kitchen and sitting room are great as our three of the bedrooms but the basement is hot and noisy and shouldn't be marketed as a proper bedroom. Overall we would go again."

"Superb house and location .... Ideal for large families"

"Yes fully met them. Only reason i would not stay again next year is grand daughter will be toddler and the stairs would be challenging."
    Bev
"Had a very enjoyable time. Lovely location and luckily very good weather. The apartment was even better than we thought and all the rooms were lovely and clean . The kitchen was well stocked though we only had just enough cutlery and had to wash some up before we had desserts! It was also very pleasant to get some fruit cake and the other things left for us plus some beautiful flowers."

"The bedroom on the ground floor was like sleeping in a cupboard, lights in the bathroom did not work, every time someone else in the other rooms used their bathroom there was a pump of some sort sounded like a jet engine running up, with a property of this standard the cupboard it is in needs soundproofing.Shame as overall the property was a high standard."

"We stayed here for 3 nights and wished we had more. The 4 storey house is in a lovely place just outside of Christchurch with views of the sea on the top 2 floors, both of which have balconies. There is a house/ tower in front of the house which disrupts the view but it didn't bother the 10 of us. South facing it gets the sun all day long. All the bedrooms are really well fitted, the kitchen is a great place to cook and dine, and the living room on the top floor is huge. There are great walks nearby with the beach <5 minutes walk away. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in the area."

"The view on your web-site did not fully portray the views available from your rooms. When we were there there was a lot of noisy building work going on in front of us and at the side."
    Phyllis
"A good location and house for a family celebration. Well equipped with plenty of space. An exceptionally large kitchen/dining area with access to a balcony for eating."
    Susanna
"Very disappointed with the view as one property obscured the direct view. The downstairs bedroom was housed in the utility unit & should not be called a bedroom. Best part of the property was the kitchen area. The lift was out of order & being a four storey property it would have been a benefit for shopping etc."
    Lynda
"The house is lovely and in a great setting. There were 5 of us all over 60 and we found the lounge furniture uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time, we used the patio furniture most of the time as it was comfier. The welcome hamper by Julie was really appreciated as was the dorset apple cake and, when we experienced problems with the alarm she dealt with it quickly and efficiently."
