Guests say

Springbank Cottage in Matlock, Derbyshire, is highly praised for its stunning views, spacious and well-equipped interiors, and comfortable furnishings. Guests enjoyed the property's proximity to local attractions and the peacefulness of its location. The outdoor spaces and modern amenities added to the delightful experience, although some minor feedback on maintenance and supplies was noted.

The property is consistently described as spotlessly clean, with guests expressing satisfaction with the level of cleanliness throughout their stay.

The location is celebrated for its quietness, stunning views, and convenience to Matlock town centre and local attractions. Some guests mentioned tricky parking due to steepness, which slightly impacted the score.

Guests found the cottage extremely comfortable, with special mentions of comfy beds and a well-equipped living space. A few minor suggestions for additional amenities were made, but overall comfort was highly rated.

The property is well-appointed with modern facilities. However, some guests provided feedback on maintenance issues such as temperamental showers and the need for more plug sockets, which suggests room for improvement.

While guests appreciated the amenities provided, there were no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category. It should be noted that while the property offers a range of facilities, any additional gifts are not guaranteed.
