The open plan living area has a fully sprung day be which easily converts into a five foot double bed. There is also a modern kitchen with microwave, fridge and electric oven. The modern bathroom has an overhead shower and the property is heated with electric central heating and a flame effect stove. A TV, DVD player and radio/ CD player are also provided.

Outside

This luxury interior designed apartment is set on the ground floor and leads directly into a cloistered private courtyard and garden with fountain and seating. 

The property also enjoys access to an indoor heating pool and sauna - charges may apply. There is also a hard tennis court and off road parking for one car.
