The Entrance

From a small flight of three stone steps, offering sweeping views of the surrounding countryside, guests can access the front door, heading straight into the light-filled living spaces of Meavy. Guests can enjoy a large, communal parking area directly behind the barns.

The sleek galley kitchen is fully equipped for cooking up sumptuous feasts for the whole family – double-width fridge freezer, integrated appliances and a plethora of cookware ensure all you need to remember are self-catering provisions! Set the table for up to six guests, taking time to enjoy a lovely cup of tea or hearty breakfast before the day ahead.

Living & Mezzanine Den

The elevated ceiling affords Meavy a spacious feel whilst still feeling completely cosy (accentuated by the luxurious underfloor heating!). The plush sofas and armchairs combined with the log-burning fire make for peaceful afternoon snoozes or the setting for a great book. For little ones, the flat-screen TV entertains on rainy days but for sunnier occasions, the French doors open out to a small standing balcony where you can enjoy blissful views over the grounds. Added excitement comes in the form of the sweeping mezzanine ‘den’ (integral stair gate for added protection) where younger ones can put on plays or performances, or just hide out from the adults!
