Totnes, 2 miles, offers a choice of shops, weekly market, swimming pool/health suite, museums, historic buildings and riverside walks. We had a great time at this cottage that had all we required for a comfortable stay. We were greeted on arrival and everything regarding the accommodation explained to us. Only downside was the narrow lanes to reach the cottage but thankfully only had one incident to deal with (vehicle had broken down and had to seek an alternative route)

We have been 6 times to Champernowne and will be going again. The position is perfect for us and our dog Hattie. The cottage has everything we need, welcome the scones on arrival! Back soon.

Arrived to find a lovely welcome pack for us to enjoy. The accommodation was excellent, and situated in a very quite lane. I would not hesitate to recommend this to friends , family or anybody requiring a nice quite pleasant stay.
