Well equipped flat. Great location especially good for dog owners as dogs allowed on left side of beach.

The location of the property was great for the beach etc, although it was very tight parking in the car park. The main issue we had was the extractor vent on the outside of the the ensuite bathroom making a noise all day and all night, keeping us awake. There didn't seem to be a way of stopping it flapping, it was very loud. The other issue was the bed in the main bedroom, it was really hard and uncomfortable. The cleanliness was very good, all the essentials such as dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid provided. Great there was a washing machine which was very useful.

We loved our stay at Rosenwyn. It is a lovely flat in lovely Porthleven. It was perfect for our family of 4 plus dog. We’d love to come back. Thank you!
