Perranporth is an excellent base, it has a good selection of restaurants and shops, excellent beaches and testing links golf course. To take full advantage of the views The Decks open plan living area is on the first floor, light & contemporary with high quality furnishings. The garden has a real seaside feel with plenty of seating areas to take advantage of the sun at all times of the day and just the place to watch the sun go down.

Entrance: At front of property into a spacious hallway, leading to a flight of internal open-tread stairs up to the comtemporary open-plan living accomodation in this reverse-level house.

Outside: Two patios, furniture provided, barbecue. There is a garage which is ideal for storing surf boards and provides handing space for drying wet suits.

Notes:  No smoking, no pets, WiFI provided, this property may not be suitable for young children due to the open tread stairs.  Guests are welcome to bring younger children but at their own risk. NB: No single sex groups. A booking without a child must have a party member aged 30 years or above.
