What our customers say about their holidays

    • Mrs Stubbs - Verified booking

Amazing absolutely amazing The Dunes is absolutely amazing from first entering the long spacious hall with clear views across the living area to the fabulous views of Perranporth Beach. In the kitchen was a beautiful welcome hamper with, bread, jam, cookies, scones, tea, coffee and in the fridge milk, clotted cream, bacon, eggs and butter and a cute little bear as a gift. The apartment was beautifully clean - with beautiful furnishings and the space seemed endless, especially the living, kitchen and dining area, perfect for our family of 6 plus our golden retriever with lots of room for her bed. Bathrooms and bedrooms also very spacious with lovely bedding and beautiful furniture with lots of storage for our clothes, suitcases etc. All had hairdryers - good ones too, so no need to take one. Equipment- the list is endless, more than enough crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, cookware, baking trays, food containers,to name a few. Dogs bowls and mat provided. Plenty of bin liners (we create a lot of rubbish) and still had enough. Food bags, tin foil kitchen roll etc. Dishwasher tablets, cleaning cloths and sponges, washing up liquid. Laundry tablets and softener. A real home from home. A huge thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful apartment, hopefully we will visit again one day.

Absolutely splendid and we would recommend Perran Pearl A to everyone!

From the booking, communication, welcome on arrival, cleanliness, facilities, parking, comfort .... everything was first class. The apartment is very new and modern - has everything you need (and not full of ornaments, vases, trinkets .... that you don't need). Very clever use of space with plenty of room to store your clothes, luggage etc. It is like a tardis and there is even a fabulous shower and a seperate full length bath. Both the sitting area and bedroom (with the most comfortable bed) had large wall mounted TVs. The kitchen is well equipped and nothing you need to bring along with you. Accessed via the bedroom is a balcony with chairs and a table and a view over the lovely countryside. By walking a few steps down the drive you then have the most glorious view of the bay. The apartment is situated on quite a steep hill - it takes approx 10 mins to reach the town. Took longer going back up the hill (depends how fit you are - we are not!). The large welcome hamper was amazing - such a nice touch & so appreciated. We devoured the cream tea on the balcony watching the sun set. We have been going to Perranporth for a number of years and this has to be the best accommodation we have ever stayed in - and we will certainly be back.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Perran Pearl A.

The property is in excellent condition, very clean, decorated and finished to a very high standard and has clearly been thought out well. The facilities/appliances there are brand new and it was a pleasure to stay there. The bathroom (shower cubicle and bath) is a great size and the kitchen is well stocked with good quality appliances/cutlery/crockery/iron. The location is excellent; 12-15 minute walk to the town/beach yet providing peace and quiet at the property with lovely views over the fields and hills. The west facing terrace is ideal to sit outside and wind down after a day out, soaking up the last of the sun. The welcome pack was amazing and the instructions from the owner were detailed and included absolutely everything we needed. Parking is right outside in front of the property on the drive. A pleasure to be there and would highly recommend.

This was my 2nd stay at the Perran Pearl Apartments, having stayed in Apartment A the first time.

..This time I chose Apartment B, it didn't disappoint. It's more compact than Apt A but still has all the amenities you require if you want to relax and eat at home. I'm not much of a cook so didn't use the appliances apart from the TV which allows you to pull it away (hinged arm/bracket) from the wall to watch TV in bed. It's a stylish and modern Apartment which is tucked away for privacy, peace & quiet. Heidi provides guests with an exceptional welcome gift, I personally think it would be hard to beat - anywhere!! I wouldn't have a problem recommending the Apartments to anyone. Once again, the outside offers a place for your Breakfast or Evening meal or you can open up the patio doors to let the outdoors in. It also offers plenty of security lighting for your late return back from Perranporth Town....or from anywhere else.

Few minor suggestions - bathroom , need a bathmat and toilet brush .

. I’d have appreciated a gate to stop anyone coming onto our patio area. Kitchen area - could do with something to put hot things onto when from the oven as I was concerned about damaging the work surface ., also hooks for keys / tea towels / oven gloves instead of oven to hang on My main issue was that I’d have loved a bigger or L shaped sofa so we could lie down or put feet up as sofa not massively comfortable for long periods Beautiful Place , decorated very nicely lovely big bathroom , apartment was big enough for 2 of us , had everything we needed . Did nt use the heating as very warm . Our neighbours below us said they could not hear us and we could nt hear them so it must be well insulated/ sound proofed. Bed was fabulous as was the bedding , that’s a must for us
