Guests say

Trethvor is a well-loved cottage in Perranporth, praised for its comfortable beds, homely atmosphere, and well-equipped kitchen. Guests have enjoyed the welcome pack and found the property to be a good fit for families, though some noted a lack of seating and kitchenware for larger groups. The location offers lovely views, with proximity to the beach and town, despite some challenges with parking and accessibility for those with mobility issues.

The cottage is generally clean, but there was an instance of dirty cutlery and utensils left by previous guests. This seems to be an isolated incident, as other reviews do not mention cleanliness issues.

The location is appreciated for its views and proximity to the beach and town. However, parking difficulties and a steep climb to the property are noted, which may affect the experience for some guests.

The beds are described as very comfortable, and the presence of multiple bathrooms is a plus. However, the limited comfortable seating in the lounge and the outdoor area has been highlighted as an area for improvement.

The property is well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, but guests have mentioned a shortage of kitchenware for a full house and an erratic shower. The heating was also mentioned as needing attention upon arrival in winter.

Guests were delighted with the welcome pack, which included a lovely surprise and flowers, although it should be noted that such gifts are kindly provided but not guaranteed for every stay.

we loved the holiday house, children loved it and said they was not going home.It had a nice atmosphere and comfortable and homely. Very well equipped for all your needs .The welcome pack was a lovely surprise we enjoyed very much .(flowers a lovely touch but two of us allergic to lilys. we just removed the Lily the rest was lovely ) Minor downside some of the cutlery and utensils had been put away dirty from previous people soon rectified with a wash.Would defiantly book this property again and have recommended it to a few people

Apart from the lack of parking (we did manage to find somewhere on the back of the house although it’s very tight and my car was damaged by an inconsiderate driver who didn’t leave any details) the property was great. Very large 4 bedrooms with a lovely dining room and 2 toilets/bathrooms and having 3 daughters this really helped. The view is lovely and you can see part of the beach and the town. We would definitely recommend and definitely go again. Thank you 🙏
