This property provides allocated parking for two cars plus a parking permit for one car on The Downs car park. Conveniently located within 10 minute walk from the sandy Looe Beach.
Trebant is a charming three bedroom holiday home situated in the small town of Looe, just a short drive from Polperro and Talland Bay. The property is set on two floors with kitchen, dining and living room on the ground floor, three bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower ground floor. Providing cosy accommodation over two floors it is close to the harbour where you can take a water taxi to East Looe, watch the local fisherman or just wander the streets of Looe.

Ideal if you have a larger 4 x 4 car. It is then 5 minutes walk down to Trebant through the gated barrier at the top of the road.
