The costal path is also very near by. This enchanting property offers an ideal escape for those yearning for a serene getaway. Boasting two bedrooms, it provides a perfect haven for families, couples, and friends in search of tranquility. The bungalow is semi-detached, adjacent to the adjoining property Banks Voles Nest. This arrangement allows for larger groups to enjoy ample space, making it perfect for multiple friends or two families seeking a retreat together.
As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by an inviting open-plan design that seamlessly integrates the dining, lounge, and kitchen spaces. The twin and double bedrooms offer cosy accommodation, while the bathroom features a convenient shower cubicle. Several outdoor seating areas around the pool invite alfresco dining and relaxation. One of the property’s highlights is the heated swimming pool, open for enjoyment from May to September. Please be aware that the pool is not supervised, and safety regulations mandate adult supervision for individuals under sixteen. Regrettably, children under four and a half years of age are not permitted in the pool, due to insurance restrictions. This family-friendly complex is equally suitable for the elderly, with both the bungalow and complex designed on a single level, ensuring easy accessibility. A private parking bay is also available for your convenience.

Had a lovely holiday in a prime location. The fridge was leaking for the first couple of days so had to throw quite a bit of food away. However, once a new fridge had been installed on day 4, everything was good again. Loved the use of the pool.

We were unfortunately without hot tap water for half of the holiday as the water heater was not functioning on arrival. Not ideal with my 94 year old mother with us. Though the electric shower was working the shower head was poor and needed replacing. Also though towels were provided there was only one hand towel to share between the three of us. I would have brought some if I’d known. The rotary line was broken and you would struggle to dry beach wear on it if you were a family of 4. The freezer compartment in the fridge needed defrosting as it was full of ice. On the plus side the site was lovely and the pool a big bonus. Also it was close to Looe and Polperro.

Wonderful family stay – highly recommended!Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely location. The cottage was on the smaller side, but it was absolutely perfect and spacious enough for the four of us. Almost everything we could possibly need was provided.The only thing we had to get used to was the stove. At home, we always cook on gas or induction, so the halogen hob felt quite a bit slower than what we are used to, but it worked fine once we got the hang of it.The swimming pool on-site was absolutely wonderful and a huge hit with the family!If we could offer one small tip for future guests, it would be helpful to explicitly state the cottage number in the arrival communications. We initially parked and stood outside the wrong cottage, only to learn later that the cottage number actually matches the number of the designated parking space.Overall, we had a fantastic time. If we are ever in the area again and there is availability, we will definitely come back!
