Waters Reach is a beautiful Victorian property enjoying a great location next to the Fowey River. Offering spacious and comfortable accommodation, the property is set over three floors and has been furnished to a very high standard throughout, including a fabulous kitchen with high quality appliances. There is an elevated rear garden, perfect for dining al fresco in the warm summer evenings, and the property also benefits from views towards the Fowey River and of the National Trust woodland between Polruan and Bodinnick.
