Wonderful location though it really is an adventure from car park to house and back again...several times. Glad we had ordered a meal box for few nights so had all our food. Having said that the village store a minute away is wonderful. The Lugger great for pint and game cards - our teen enjoyed this! House - absolutely loved view from lounge and bedroom. Dogs enjoyed garden. Furnishings dated but also comfortable and clean. No welcome pack which is fine but you do need not to rely on anything being there. No games either. Tad chilly. But - gorgeous bath and shower. Comfy beds and nice linen. Good communication from the owner.Very relaxing break for 3 us and 2 dogs. Totally appreciated them being welcome to and no sense of this being an issue which is a lovely change.Went on ferry most days to Fowey or walked Polruan. Eden another day. Missing peace of no cars! Thanks

We absolutely loved the river/harbour view from the accommodation. Although the house was far from the car park, we did not drive around and had a lot of walks within Polruan and Fowey, both of which are really stunning towns. The house had a secluded garden and safe for our dog. The house was spacious, well equipped and comfortable.
