What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages In Oxfordshire To Rent.

"Good cottage, very clean, excellent shower, comfy beds, two chairs in lounge could have been comfier but Ok for short periods. Problem with the fridge/freezer, the fridge part apparently not working and only just kept cool by the freezer below. Brought to the attention of the owner who was unable to get an engineer out until the day we left. The other issue is the fire alarm in the kitchen is so sensitive that every time you open the oven door the fire alarm goes off. The solution is to take or buy a cheap shower cap to put over he alarm when cooking. Remember though to remove it afterwards!Handy location for several counties and the main section of the Cotswolds."

"We have stayed many times in S123187 and have always really enjoyed it. The cottage is a real picture perfect "cottage" and although quite small is very comfortable with two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and lounge. It is ideally situated next to the village duck pond in what must be one of the prettiest villages in Oxfordshire. There are lovely walks in the Abbey grounds which are only a few meters away and it is not far from a lot of the main tourist attractions in the Cotswolds making it an ideal base for a holiday"

"I hate giving 10/10 as it feels like there's no way something can be improved... but The Hayloft is hard to fault. Owner ensured they dropped in to welcome us personally and was really friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean, and caretaker dropped in to offer advice on where to eat/drink locally. There was a huge wild stag in the next field which we delighted in checking up on every day. We were there for the Grand Prix and on another weekend would have spent much more time exploring the grounds and area on foot."

"The location and cleanliness of S41842 were good but the armchair seats really need repadded (as someone else had commented previously), the bed squeaked and there was nowhere to put suitcases. Even a couple of folding luggage racks would have at least taken them off the floor and could be moved around if necessary. The outdoor space is good but the furniture and decking could do with maintenance. Generally this property is showing some wear and tear which could be easily fixed to make it more comfortable."

"A beautiful place with amazing views! We had such a lovely stay and would consider going back. The only thing that would put me off was the shower which was low pressure and very difficult to control the temperature (if the temperature is turned up, the thermostat makes the shower go very hot and then very cold every 10 seconds or so). Otherwise, the decor was beautiful, I loved the wood burner and tiny kitchen. The walk to the pub was great too!"
