Roberts Cottage was very well presented when we arrived - it was exactly as we had hoped and matched the description on the website. The position of the cottage is excellent for access to Padstow with the town being just a short walk down the hill. The garden isn’t large but is well maintained and big enough to sit out in if the weather is good enough. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that is needed for a self catering stay and all the appliances work as expected. We had a lovely week in the cottage and would certainly look to make a return visit.

This property was wonderful. It was very clean, comfortable, decorated beautifully and inviting. Location was great. Instructions on all the appliances were given which is always helpful. Many windows that gave great views of the water. The outdoor space was beautiful too. Unfortunately we were not able to use it as the weather was not great for sitting outdoors. It was lovely entering the kitchen to find a beautiful welcome note, bag of cookies and a bottle of champagne. A truly nice touch. Highly recommend this home.

This is a very comfortable, cosy and spacious property . In an idea position within walking distance into Padstow. The views from the front windows and balcony are wonderful. Property very well equipped but a little tired and worn in places. Parking out the front is difficult during the day when the town is busier ....and this is only February ! The parking space at the back is very useful but be warned the lane is very small and there is not much space to manoeuvre.

Spent a fabulous long weekend in this beautifully presented cottage. The standard throughout is high, very comfortable and well equipped (en suite bathrooms in every bedroom which is a real bonus). The cottage is in a perfect location, just a short walk to the harbour and Padstow town where there is plenty to do and see. The dog enjoyed her early morning walks along the estuary where the views are stunning. Highly recommended property and I will definitely be returning!!

Excellent customer service from the time you book you are keep informed right to the time you leave to go on holiday when you arrive at holiday there is all the information you need and contact numbers if any problems we would recommend to anyone the staff are very good will definitely book another holiday with this company the reason is that we booked a holiday before then the lock down came so was unable to go and we had all money back with no problem thank you
