""S34373 was a beautiful place for a stay away from it all. But is has also been a fine starting point to get around in the whole of Devon and beyond. If you like cooking by yourself (what we do), it has to be mentioned that the kitchen is very well equipped when compared to other cottages. The garden is large and allows spending the whole day outside, weather permitting. When you want to travel around, it has to be said, however, that you must not be afraid of single track roads and of driving your car backwards for quite a lot of kards when encountering other vehicles (and there are plenty of them and of all Kind). The main route between Dartmouth and Kingsbridge, though not a classical single track road, is not much better, either. You should also be aware, that single track roads seem to make up quite a large portion of South Hams roads. So you should bring with you plenty of time. If you conquer these difficulties, however, you will find yourself in a peaceful and tranquil region, where time seems to be standing still in some places, full of beauty and surprisingly many totally different and most interesting things to discover.""

""S34209 is a beautiful building in an equally beautiful location. It is furnished to a high standard with a very well equipped kitchen which became the main hub of our holiday home when we weren't touring or asleep! The location was ideal for travelling throughout the County as well as Dorset. There is a mountain of information guests can plough through if they need ideas of what to do. The cottage has a beautiful garden with tables and chairs in two locations so you can sit in or avoid the sun, as you wish. The owners deserve credit for anticipating and providing for their guests. The cottage is less than 5 minutes walk from the wonderful Donkey Sanctuary which is a must to go to and which does a great Full Farmers Breakfast. We would definitely stay at S34209 again. Also, excellent information and customer service from Helpful Holidays.""

""S34209 was absolutely beautiful, we fell in love with the property the moment we walked through the door. The property was well equipped (our friend loves to cook was was very impressed by the well stocked kitchen) although she did have a bit of a problem controlling the temperature of the Range cooker, and the children loved the garden and the playhouse, very comfortable. The location was extremely quiet, close to the Donkey Sanctuary, the costal path and a beach (access to the beach will be difficult for those of us that aren't fit). We were very sad to leave. Ideal property for families or a group of friends.""

""This is a lovely, quiet setting. The pool is perfect for a quick dip and if you have young children- very clean. Garden great too for running off little legs. We used washing machine during week several times (additional charge £2 per wash)and dried on line in garden- for me a great facility. It is a bit of a drive to anywhere really so a car is essential but that didn't stop us from doing anything- what you get is reflected in price but again we were realistic before we got there. If you have ground floor apartment in 2-storey part of barn can be a bit noisy with heavy footed guests in apartment upstairs.""

""Excellent, secluded location, the property is approached along a very narrow driveway, which also has a steep dip and sharp incline to the house. This is mentioned in the description, but some cars may not find this easily accessible, but fun trying! Perfect for a holiday with dogs, the garden and surrounding moorland is stunning, we even had the local hunt through the garden on our visit - quite an experience. The house is perfectly equipped and very comfortable, with a considerate caretaker on hand if needed. An excellent holiday escape.""
