""Had a lovely time at S34091 making full use of the terrific swimming pool, table tennis and pool tables. Lovely gardens to sit and relax in and a great Gas fired BBQ able to cope with our 15 guests. Two separate TV lounge rooms, one with play station for the kids. Any niggles were quickly sorted by the lovely owner Antonia. Only issue we had was access to the 'flat' ( two double rooms, it's own lounge and kitchen) is either up a long sloped path or deep steps which was not suitable for some of our guests who had walking difficulties so we had to re-arrange our pre planned rooms on arrival. The house is located down a narrow country lane and all shops need to be driven to however Asda or Tesco superstores are only ten minutes away by car in Newton Abbot and both will deliver to the property. This is a terrific house for large family groups of all ages with plenty to do at the house in bad weather and the beach at Teignmouth is less than 25 minutes drive away in peak holiday time.""

"This property has been the best so far, very modern, clean and ideal for day trips to Somerset, Cornwall, North and South Devon. The four days we had there, we travelled from Westward Ho in North Devon to Minehead and Watchet in Somerset and Bude and Boscastle in Cornwall, we also visited Tiverton which has a beautiful Grand Canal. There were two lovely pubs in Sampford Peverell, who served great meals, you could walk there in 15 mins. The owner was very friendly and never bothered us all the holiday. The whole of the accommodation, we were very pleased with, from the bedrooms, bathrooms and living room/kitchen. Our dog loved it there, playing in the field, chasing rabbits and going for lovely walks. There was a lovely stream outside the barn, which was a very soothing sound. No complaints at all. Must return sometime. May 2012."

""S34150 is a lovely base from which to explore the north of Devon. PLenty to see and do, the county holds much in store for a variety of interests. S34150 is conveniently located behind a large convenience store which opens late and so a later retun from a day out does not prevent a quick visit to the shop to stock up. The full sky package is a godsend for those of us who often visit in the Spring as the weather is sometimes such that is prevents much ativity! All in all, I always return from S34150 in a rather more chilled and relaxed state than when I arrived!""

"Great location to beach and amenities - supermarket and 4 pubs within walking distance. Walking distance for train station. Very well kept holiday park. Pets can stay at the apartment and unfortunately a previous occupier appeared to have let their dog on the sofa bed, and it was hard to try to remove the dog hair - we wouldn't of minded too much but our 3 and 5 year olds had to sleep there. Overall I would recommend as its a great place to explore the area, lovely swimming pool and free crazy golf which my children really enjoyed."

""S34091 is a great property and soon won us over with it's spaciousness and homely feel. It's a brilliant venue for a large group. We were a group of 21 aged 4 to 82 and everyone enjoyed their stay. The children, especially, loved the dorm and the swimming pool. The beds, bedding and bathrooms were all of high quality, which added to our enjoyment and the house was warm and cosy. Some areas of the house felt a little "tired", but that didn't detract from the comfort level. We hope to return in the future. ""
