Lovely clean comfortable cottage in a great location. Beautiful views across the sea. Nice to hv outside seating in the lovely garden which was neat and tidy. Highly recommended. Will be back again.

Perfect little get away for the family. Amazing views out to see. Great location for popping to the shops in Barmouth and exploring the north west of Wales. We would certainly come back. Clean, warm and welcoming and in a great location.
Mr Simpson
The cottage was delightful with great views of the beach and the sea. However there was no information as to how to access the beach which would have been really useful. We discovered towards the end of our holiday that there was access on to the beach south of the railway station. It is possible to access the beach by going through the caravan site across the road from the cottage but it was signed “site clientele only”. We think more information regarding beach access would have been really useful. Online info stated there would be a welcome pack on our arrival, however this constituted a packet of Welsh cakes and a small carton of milk. We don’t consider this to be a welcome pack. Either a proper welcome pack should be provided or mention of it deleted from the website. However we had a very pleasant stay overall.
