Although peaceful, beaches, footpaths, cycle paths and town amenities are all just a mile away as the Barmouth Bridge crossing with its vista of the spectacular Mawddach estuary. Take the ferry over to the steam railway at Fairbourne, travel up the coast towards Harlech and Portmeirion or head inland for the picturesque market town of Dolgellau. This place is an absolute gem! We were originally looking to book a caravan but found Beudy Taicroesion advertised. The cottage is beautiful, clean, well equipped and in a great location perfect for exploring. The owners are a lovely couple and the cake that was provided when we arrived was divine. We will certainly be looking to return at some point.
