Guests say

Cae’r Ffynnon is a well-received cottage, praised for its peacefulness, stunning views, and wildlife. Guests enjoyed the sunsets, garden, and cosy atmosphere. The location is ideal for exploring Anglesey and Snowdonia, with easy access to Bangor. The enclosed garden is a hit with pet owners, and the cottage's spaciousness is appreciated.

The majority of guests found the cottage clean and tidy. However, one review mentioned dirty pans and peeling non-stick surfaces, suggesting room for improvement in kitchen cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for its beautiful views, peacefulness, and proximity to local attractions. It offers a perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility to Bangor and other tourist spots.

Guests found the cottage comfortable, with cosy heating and a warm atmosphere. The beds are described as comfy, and the cottage provides a relaxing environment.

Facilities are generally good, with a well-equipped kitchen and efficient heating. However, some guests noted low water pressure issues and a lack of kitchen instruments, indicating some areas need attention.

While guests appreciated the peaceful setting and views, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts. Therefore, this score cannot be provided.

The views are utterly stunning. And it’s very peaceful!! Enclosed garden, great for the dogs. Small stream at the end of the garden. Plenty of parking. Great water pressure and a brilliant shower for a holiday let! With the heating on it’s lovely and warm. Lit the fire one night, it’s a very good log burner. Characterful thick walls. It’s in the middle of nowhere, yet only minutes from civilisation. Welcome milk, and Welsh cakes, never expected but always appreciated. Lovely touch! As a couple we literally used only half the property, we slept in the central bunk bed room as it was a cosier space. Hardly used the lounge as kitchen/diner so big. So this is in fact an awesome family cottage all one the ground floor, lots of space! Thoroughly recommend this unique stunning location and solid large cottage.
