The closest place for a swim is the sand and shingle Machroes beach (0.5 miles). The expansive 4-mile stretch of golden sands at Porth Neigwl is 3 miles away – for spectacular views of this bay, head to the National Trust Plas yn Rhiw (8.5 miles).
