Outdoors: Extensive grounds with surprises hidden away including a traditional gypsy caravan and even a life size bear! Terrace with table and chairs and giant chess board. Japanese tea house where relaxation treatments and therapies can be booked by prior arrangement. ‘The Quackery’ with ducks, geese and resident peacocks. Private fishing on the River Dwyfach which runs through the estate (salmon and trout). Tennis courts
