Dishwasher broken but was replaced on our last day. One of two kitchen lights broken, overhead kitchen cupboard door broken (dangerous) No instructions re electrical equipment. Bed linen very worn and pillows very aged. Only one towel per guest, window in bedroom not operable ( weather very Hot). En Suite , plaster fallen off wall and left lying on the floor. Toilet seat loose ,toilet roll holder insecure. Property rated as 4 star,. Perhaps rating needs reconsideration.

The views from the back of the property over the fully enclosed garden were stunning,we had a dog with us and it was brilliant that the garden was secure.Would certainly recommend it to friends.

It served us well as a base to explore North Wales and the Llyn Peninsula. The Cottage was clean warm and cosy and well equipped. However there is a need to look at some general maintenance issues which didn’t spoil our overall enjoyment but had they not been there we couldn’t fault the cottage.
