Y Beudy is a charming cottage with stunning views and a peaceful location, ideal for exploring North Wales and Snowdonia. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and the cosy warmth provided by the underfloor heating and wood burner. The property's rural setting offers a tranquil retreat with the convenience of nearby shops and attractions.
The cottage's cleanliness has been noted as an area for improvement, with several guests mentioning cobwebs, dust, and a general need for a more thorough clean. Some reviews also pointed out specific issues such as dirty light shades and stained bedding.
The location is highly praised for its stunning views, quiet atmosphere, and easy access to local attractions. Guests enjoy the proximity to mountains, beaches, and towns, making it an excellent base for exploring the area.
Comfort levels are generally good, with guests finding the beds comfortable and the cottage cosy once heated. However, some guests noted that the bedding could be improved and that the underfloor heating was difficult to regulate.
Facilities are adequate with a well-equipped kitchen and powerful showers, but maintenance issues have been raised. Guests have reported problems with Wi-Fi, heating, and general wear and tear that needs addressing.
While some guests mentioned the lack of a welcome pack and the absence of starter logs for the wood burner, there is not enough consistent information about thoughtful touches or gifts to provide a score in this category.
A delightful, semi-detached, single-storey barn conversion boasting quality accommodation with exposed beams and modern furnishings. Perfect for families or couples. Note: This property is next to Refs 2354 and 2838, together they sleep 16.

Kitchen was equipped with most, if not all, items you would likely need. However on arrival was given the code for wrong property and only realised once unpacked. The Internet was down and there was no mobile jnternet signal available, so unable to plan for day ahead. There were lots of webs and dead spiders on corner of rooms. Found ants on kitchen work tops. There were flying ants inside kitchen window. How's were flat and stained. Thr fabric on the divan base of one of the beds was ripped. The plug in the en suite didn't hold water. Lots of small things added up to an unejoyable stay
