What our customers say about their holidays

    • Vincenzo - Verified booking

The property where we were staying was lovely and easy to reach.

Also, considering the surrounding roads it was very easy to move all over north Wales without any major issues. An extra point is that around the cottage there are 2 very pleasant hikes, a small farm with rabbits and alpacas, and for both you don't need to use the car. The hot tub had been freshly prepared for us to use. The fridge contained a bottle of prosecco and milk. The couple owning the place were great. They live just across the parking space, and they were always available if we needed anything. Our stay has been just perfect, and we are looking forward to coming back, as for the first time while on holiday I didn't miss my own bed.

We were delighted, as the cottage far exceeded our expectations and we had a brilliant stay.

Very warm welcome from Nicola & John, which included Prosecco & delicious bara brith fruit cake and they gave very helpful advice on the local area and eating places. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well equipped, very comfortable and the rear garden with the hot tub was private and got the sun from early morning to late afternoon. The hot tub was drained, cleaned and refilled between bookings and John tested the water in the hot tub on a daily basis. Overall very high standard of accommodation and we will certainly return and recommend to friends and family.

Fabulous cottage and perfect for the romantic getaway.

The cottage is fitted to the highest standard with all creature comforts included to make it a stay away that feels like home from home. The hot tub is a real bonus; perfect for starlit nights to end a day exploring the local area. Nicola and John are welcoming hosts, providing friendly advice if needed. The cottage is perfectly situated in the quiet village of Llanystumdwy, away from the hustle and bustle, and within walking distance of the beach, coastal path and Criccieth. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bed is super comfy. Highly recommended.

      Excellent little place to stay!

Just enough for two without feeling cramped, high quality feel and well equipped. Most comfortable bed I have slept in for a long time that isn't my own, very picky as I have a temper mattress. Hot tub was clean and well looked after, well thought out and maintained private outside space. Close enough to Criccieth to pop and get stuff but far enough away to feel secluded. Hosts were welcoming but not intrusive, milk and prosecco in the fridge was a very nice touch. Can't wait till I can visit again!

Quite possibly the best holiday cottage we have stayed in.

Nicola & John was so welcoming & friendly but not intrusive during our stay. The cottage is immaculate & well equipped. The hot tub was fantastic & we have lost count regarding the amount of prosecco quaffed in there. We booked for 5 nights but could of easily stopped for 10. We went here to celebrate our 5th Wedding Anivesary & Nicola & John made it extra special with bottles of prosecco & a card. Well done Nicola & John you have it spot on.
