Guests say

Golwg Y Mor in Criccieth is highly praised for its breathtaking sea views, spacious layout, and excellent location close to local amenities. Guests consistently mention the property’s cleanliness and comfort, especially the beds and conservatory. The house is well-equipped and ideal for families or groups, with thoughtful touches throughout. Some minor issues were noted, such as parking challenges, occasional maintenance needs, and a few missing essentials, but these did not detract from the overall positive experience.

Multiple guests commented on the property being extremely clean and tidy upon arrival, with high standards maintained throughout. Only one review mentioned a minor issue with attention to detail, but overall, cleanliness is a strong point.

The location is universally praised for its stunning seafront position, panoramic views, and proximity to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The only drawback mentioned is the occasional difficulty with parking, especially during peak months.

Guests found the beds exceptionally comfortable and appreciated the spacious, well-designed living areas. The conservatory and sun deck were highlighted as relaxing spaces. One review noted the stairs may not be ideal for young children, but overall comfort is rated very highly.

The property is generally well-equipped, with a good kitchen, laundry room, and social spaces. Some guests noted minor maintenance issues (e.g., skylight leak, front door lock) and a few missing items (dishwasher tablets, toiletries), but these were not widespread concerns.

A welcome pack with tea, Welsh cakes, and milk was provided for some guests, though not all found it sufficient or fresh. Please note that such gifts are not guaranteed. Communication with owners was generally good, but a few guests felt more attention to detail would enhance the experience.

Lovely cottage with great views over the sea. Parking can be an issue however.Could have been a bit more attention to detail in the cottage. simple things like having a waste paper basket in the upstairs bathroom, having normal sized cups in the kitchen, but these were only minor issues. Overall the location and amenities were very good.

Excellent location, clean comfortable & spacious holiday home. Amazing view over the bay from the gorgeous sun deck or the upper conservatory. Great local amenities: shops, pubs, restaurant, beach, public transport. Good communication with the owners. Parking a little bit challenging but there are usually spaces nearby.
