Ideal for a couple. Very relaxing break, Nice little balcony catches the morning Sun for breakfast time. Very close to the high Street and the seafront, with the added bonus of off street parking

The view was not as described. The furniture was not that comfortable.

The view of the marshes was not as visible as I expected. You could only see them if standing/sitting on the balcony facing sideways. This was disappointing. I would have liked a bit more information regarding how to control the heating. It was too hot but given that the heating was using night storage heaters I was worried to alter the settings or turn them off. Eventually I turned one off completely, which was not ideal. The kitchen was not equipped with serving spoons, which was awkward. Also there were no lids to the casseroles. This restricted what I could cook. Otherwise, all as expected.
